Reading the label
Each product shows its total cannabinoid in milligrams and the bottle volume. Take the milligrams, divide by the volume in millilitres, and you get the per-millilitre strength listed on the product page.
Taking a sublingual oil
Shake the bottle first. Use the dropper to put your measured amount under the tongue, hold it there for about 60 seconds, then swallow.
Storage
Keep the bottle closed, away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of reach of children and pets.
