We want you happy with your order. Unopened products in their original packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email support@cbdoilgeelong.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once the returned items reach us and we have checked them, we refund the original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is down to our mistake.
Opened or damaged items
For hygiene and safety, opened products cannot be returned unless they turned up damaged or faulty. If an item arrives damaged, email support@cbdoilgeelong.com with a photo within 7 days and we will sort it out.
